Nominations are invited for the election of three parent representatives to the Board of Trustees of Royal Oak Intermediate School.
If you are a parent of a year 6 student who intends to enrol their child into Royal Oak Intermediate School next year, you are also eligible to be nominated as a candidate or you can nominate another person to stand as a candidate.
A nomination form and a notice calling for nominations can be obtained from Royal Oak Intermediate School Office or by emailing the Returning Officer on the address below.
Nominations close at noon on Tuesday 16 August 2022 and may be accompanied by a signed candidate statement and photograph. Both parts of the form must be signed.
The main voting roll is open for inspection at the school and can be viewed during normal school hours from noon Tuesday 26 July 2022.
The supplementary roll will close Sunday 14 August 2022.
There will also be a list of candidates’ names, as they come to hand, for inspection at the school.
Voting closes at noon on Tuesday 20 September 2022.
